Job responsibilities 1. Follow up the export goods tracking and input of customers in the team; Responsible for cargo operation and follow up; 2. Responsible for problem, follow-up and accident handling of abnormal situations during the progress of operation; 3. Responsible for the operational steps of air import and export operation process, including: preparation of various foreign trade documents, booking space, stowage, etc.; 4. Negotiate with the customer about the air waybill; Arrange delivery; Follow up feedback to customer; 5. Supervise and feedback the on-site operation of the airport; 6. Regularly update the status of goods with customs clearance team and airport operation colleagues, and deliver the information to customers. Job requirements 1. Have an associate's degree or above, good English communication skills; 2. Familiar with computer operation and basic office software; 3. International forwarder experience is preferred.

1. Exploit customers with the advantage of the company's resources, and provide customers with reasonable solutions and services; 2. Collect domestic and foreign customer demand and market information, take charge of quotation and cooperate with the company other colleagues to design logistics solutions for customers; 3. Track, exploit and maintain company's customer resources in existence. Job requirements: 1. 1-3 years working experience is preferred; 2. Good communication skills and presentaion skills.
